| Big guv watches our enemies for us |
Lately the massive breach of protocol conducted by the IRS has really been making the headlines. The breach of protocol was so sufficiently outside the parameters of what is legal and reasonable in a democracy that it warrants being called a scandal... a scandal, maybe one could be so daring to call it a threat to the republic? Perhaps I am just a little paranoid and I would like some feedback on this but when I say that I am not referring to just this scandal. Instead I refer to the overall trend of branches and departments of government acting in ways that lack constitutional or democratic legitimacy .
Apparently while America has been having a, what is this, 6 years now? 1930s theme party they have been having a real party over at the IRS. When it was discovered that the IRS gangsters were targeting folk they didn't like it quickly ballooned into a super rage inducing national scandal. Some redfaced boomer from Ohio wearing an oil stained wifebeater decided he had enough, he grabbed his soon to be banned baseball bat and cracked open the IRS pinata. Out came, among other things, coked up hookers with his tax dollars on their sex and under their strings
The IRS held a training conference at Anaheim, California., in 2010. Well despite the IRS's noble efforts to prop up the Californian economy with a cool $4.1 mill, they have still generated a controversy. The IRS has always preferred slow deaths to the quick and painless, death by a thousands cuts over the guillotine. The Billionaires ballroom bash in Anaheim was simply the IRS's most grandest affair, the total cost of the IRS on tour is just shy of $50mill for over 225 conferences held between 2010 and 2012. Awesome.

| A typical IRS conference |
Some of the IRS's spending sprees:
- Bribery: two employees in question allegedly received $1,100 in free food and other items while attending the 2010 event
- Luxury: IRS paid $135 a day for 132 employees at a luxury hotel.
- Jobs for the boys: IRS paid $27,000 for meetings with Chuck the innovation guy. Some business guy talking about positive energy or some other feel good inspirational gibberish.
At the aforementioned Anaheim ball the event was launched with IRS bigwigs living out their childhood dreams, being intergalactic tax collectors and learning to line dance. See your tax dollars at work:
Mad yet?
Thanks Mr.T for explaining why it isn't a good idea to resort to skullduggery and Shylockism for your political objectives.
A list of the Internal revenue stormtroopers activities:
The thing that is really mind boggling about this though is its sheer scope. Most conspiracies are quite small with only a few involved and don't last for very long. This lasted for 3 years and seems to have involved hundreds of people, all over the country, with formal organization. Very queer and terrifying, I can't even begin to speculate as to why they would have even attempted it never mind how they got away with it for so long. I think people must have been getting paid, smart people don't take stupid risks for ideology in mass. With the IRS under fire hopefully pandoras box opened and we can begin to slowly give mass coverage to the kind of things that the executive branch is pushing.
The EPA is guilty of Charging conservative groups for FOI(freedom of information) requests 93% of the time whilst accepting FOI cost waiving requests from environmentalist/liberal groups 92% of the time. Two reasons come to mind for this. 1st is that the more green issues rise on the agenda the bigger the EPA's slush fund grows, the more they get criticized the more the EPA's existence is threatened. 2nd it might just be ideological, I imagine most people who want to work for the EPA would probably not be have a skeptical view of them. Probably a bit of both but I imagine it is more to do with their own self-interest.
So what did they do with your money?
Apparently some employees used a warehouse for some chill out time, it had secret rooms filled with gym equipment, sofas, and pin ups. Redistributive taxation doing its thang'.
Far from the worst offender, sure, but the EPA is just as pointless and frivolous as they come, please abolish, no one would notice
Now this is not so small, obnoxious and frivolous. The department of education's war on the constitution is barely being noticed. by the mainstream media. It is so much more important and devastating to America than the IRS and EPA shenanigans combined with steroid filled syringes sticking out their glutes.
What I am talking about was not necessarily the ED's fault, only their fault through negligence and abandonment of responsibility. The problem originates with the uber lefty academics of critical race theory and feminism on campuses across the US. On the campuses these academics or their like minded senior students have taken on roles that can set laws, standards and punishments for breaking them on campuses. In practice this means these academics can apply their sense of justice that is derived from their wacky world view, bearing no relation to reality funnily enough, onto the university students they don't like.,The most popular would be the duke university lacrosse case. As soon as the case came out there was dozens of academics at the university calling for the students to be castrated. Trained professors who couldn't give a shit about due process or the rule of law, they just assumed the guilt of the lacrosse players because they were wealthy and white. The case turned out to be a complete sham and is a classic case of the media and public more willing to write a political narrative than find out the facts and let justice be done.
My understanding of this whole Issue starts and ends with FIRE, (foundation for individual rights in education).
Typically what happens is some conservative students satire some lefty garbage or promote a conservative cause like pro-life or gun ownership. Some Marxist professor then hauls them before a kangaroo court on charges of spreading rape culture or promoting violence, some unfalsifiable bullshit like that. Threatened with a life ruining expulsion at the hands of the thought police the student contacts FIRE. FIRE show up armed with a Constitution that they force the Marxist power tripping morons(sorry but I really fucking hate these fuckers) to eat. The university is then threatened with apologizing and withdrawing all charges or going to court. The university administrators being the spineless snakes that they are, afraid to fight someone their own size, always apologize and back off only to try it again on someone else 6 months down the line.
So some examples, courtesy of FIRE.
The guy gets expelled for complaining about someone who complained about the fact that he was white and teaching blacks.
Professors challenges free speech to defend Obama.
An omnibus of campus censorship.
As you can see Fire are awesome. Where does the ED come into all this? well on who they side with. As if not fighting to defend the Constitution wasn't bad enough the ED has been attacking it themselves. The letter sent to all universities regarding sexual harassment demands they use a definition so broad and subjective that no one isn't a sexual harasser.Read.
Mad yet?
The American government, unfair and biased.
In case you don't have a full understanding of what happened with the IRS let me just give you a quick run through, because it is in the news and most already know. I don't want to sound like a johnny come lately but instead want to argue for how this is not an isolated incident and instead is a pattern that can be seen right across the American government. The pattern is parts of the American government making political decisions that is favored by liberals or generally just Anti-conservative when they have absolutely no democratic legitimacy and are all too often acting outside the constitution. The branches of Big Guv we are going to turn our flashlight on is IRS, EPA and the department of Education(ED).IRS
So the IRS thought it was as cool as chips to abuse their power for the purpose of launching an ideological and illegal attack on right wing groups. Keep in mind, I am not a conservative, I am a libertarian. I typically find conservatives to be my natural bedfellows on more issues than the liberals by a long shot though. Especially on the big one, the economy, people work to feed their families not the treasury. However many issues that me and apparently the IRS disagree with also fall under the conservative blanket, thankfully we have Sir Thomas Moore to explain to us why using the IRS methods aren't a good idea:Obama: So, now you give the Conservatives the benefit of law!
Sir Thomas More: Yes! What would you do? Cut a great road through the law to get after the Conservatives?
Obama: Yes, I'd cut down every law in the United States to do that!
Sir Thomas More: Oh? And when the last law was down, and the Conservatives turned 'round on you, where would you hide, Obama, the laws all being flat? This country is planted thick with laws, from coast to coast, Man's laws, not God's! And if you cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then? Yes, I'd give the Conservatives benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!
Thanks Mr.T for explaining why it isn't a good idea to resort to skullduggery and Shylockism for your political objectives.
A list of the Internal revenue stormtroopers activities:
- Creating an ideological based barrier for those for those applying : Whats that? you got patriot in your name? forever back of que. When you get to the front be prepared to answer questions such as; what is my friend bobs opinion of your mother's maiden names Cantonese translation, out of 10? 3 decimal places please.
- Media trackers, had to wait over 16 months without getting anywhere, the liberals got theirs from a vending machine. When Drew Ryun applied with a different entity with the environmentalist sounding name Greenhouse solutions he got accepted in 3 weeks.
- This ideological barrier helped contain such nefarious political ideas like education on the constitution. Teaching the CONSTITUTION!?!?! What next? Mein Kampf?!?.
- These scoundrels were also held up for criticizing Obama and being so crazy as to want to "make America a better place to live"; That last part is actually true, no I ain't kidding.
- The gestapo division also got the goods on these oldthinker unbellyfeels obacom. By asking questions and getting the info on their donors and the like. They then gave this information to the respective groups ideological antagonists; the obacom bellyfeels.

Environmental protection agency
Another agency in the dog house for very very similar reasons to the IRS.The EPA is guilty of Charging conservative groups for FOI(freedom of information) requests 93% of the time whilst accepting FOI cost waiving requests from environmentalist/liberal groups 92% of the time. | How FIRE deals with the little dictators.on campus |
So some examples, courtesy of FIRE.
"sexual harassment should be more broadly defined as 'any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature'" including "verbal conduct" (that is, speech). It then explicitly states that allegedly harassing expression need not even be offensive to an "objectively reasonable person of the same gender in the same situation"Of course rape and sexual harassment is feminism's De Jure Raison d'ĂȘtre. Their real reason is just getting government money and rape was their route to legitimacy, professional feminists almost exclusively being made up of some extremely unattractive(and bitter) lesbians. So I imagine the feminists working in the ED and putting pressure on the ED were watching the FIRE onslaught of the campus dictators and decided they needed more strong arming from big guv. Instead of the ED saying not a hooting chance in hell are we enforcing speech codes, it willingly obliged.. Now we will get a process of someone they don't like getting charged with sexual harassment by a useful idiot of a student. The person will be dragged in front of a kangaroo court and expelled based on complete garbage.
So I told you I would tie it all together. All of these seem to stem from the same thing, big giant bureaucracies that are to difficult to keep on track of, especially considering we have a leader who is asleep at the wheel and a public who can only devour one scandal at a time. I suppose I just wanted to leave you with the impression that this IRS thing isn't the only thing that should worry you, there are bigger signs of universal institutional decline.
Was planning to talk about judicial activism and how the supreme court is making some real leaps of faith but I am a little tired and I think you get the idea. So till next time.
