Susan Rice, first female African Warlord
Before I go into talking about this new Scandal, lets talk about someone that was part of the last one, Benghazi. Was it the last one? I think so, not sure, the white house has become a kind of scandal factory. As the mist of red fury covered Washington over the IRS scandal, Susan Rice, Obama's co-conspirator or lapdog depending on how much your political persuasion, tiptoed to the position of National Security Adviser. For those in the know about Susan, uh oh! for those about to know, pack your bags it's time to go!
The following criticisms require open right wing minds as minds where the left hemisphere is dominant will unfortunately but unconsciously replace all criticism with 'independent black womyn breakin' barriers; a hero to inspire us all'. I in many ways respect her, not in any moral sense, nothing but contempt in that department, just for her sheer ability. An ability that is respected in inverse proportion to my lack of respect for the US citizen bodies' apathy when it comes to how their government represents them overseas. Specifically, however, her ability to remain a hero an inspiration in the eyes of the black and liberal(warning; rant about "angry white men" on the other side) community whilst simultaneously ruining and ending the lives of the former, providing consistent feel good copy for the latter though. Yep, Susan Rice is Sub-Saharan Africa's greatest absentee warlord. A little run down of Susan the psycho's "achievements":
Sudan
Testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at her confirmation hearing on Sept. 2, 1997
"In
concert with concerned members of Congress, we have also recast our
policy towards Sudan to apply additional pressure aimed at isolating the
Khartoum regime in order to contain the threat it poses to U.S.
interests and to compel it to halt its support for terrorism and its
grave human rights abuses. We have also provided for the first time
defensive military assistance to Sudan's neighbors, which face a direct
threat from Sudanese-sponsored insurgencies."
Based on the trumped up, never proved charges of Sudan's state sponsored terrorism, the Clinton administration decided to arm, amongst others, the SPLA(Sudan People's Liberation Army), now the official army of South Sudan. These gents received hate mail from the United nations human rights watch 3 years before Susan's call to ar.. testimony. Turns out they were drugging up 12 year old boys, arming and forcing them to fight. I ain't trying to paint a saints and sinners picture in Sudan; they were all bastards, the government and the rebels. We should have stayed far away from there, strong parallel with the situation in Syria presently, arming tyrants to kill tyrants who then become hoffähig. However it should be noted that contrary to Rice's views on the Sudanese state sponsored terrorism, the Sudanese have actually been active on the counter-terrorism front, especially after 2001; a year prior to that the FBI were finally allowed to open relations after being blocked by the secretary of state for years, no evidence for terrorist activities were found.
The most infamous event of this war was the US bombing of the AL-Shifa pharmaceutical plant, a medicine factory built and funded by an international consortium; the German ambassador to the Sudan estimated that 10,000s died because of this. What kind of education do our leaders receive that teach them that this kind of behavior is acceptable or moral in any sense?
Italy and Sweden build a medicine factory, Clinton bombs it.
- South Africa
Having collected enough blood in Sudan for this creature of the night to retire we discover that Susan Rice isn't motivated by base materialism but higher ideals. As to the specifics of those ideals or the broader framework that they reside within, your guess is as good as mine. A religion of one worshiping a mental dartboard with war crimes instead of numbers seems plausible.
Instead of a war chest and bombers she marched on cape town with a trade delegation. As the AIDS virus was having its exponential explosion in Africa during the 90s South Africans were typically too poor to afford medicine. To lower the costs the government proposed to effectively ignore the pharmaceutical companies intellectual property; encourage parallel importing. I kno wat ur thinkin, "you're the shittiest libertarian ever, property rights are cannon!", Amirite? My reasoning behind it is that if I can download porn off the virusbay, ignoring the financial needs of that industry with the consequence of driving down the standards to the degree that the best I can find is a black and white of Hilda the heroin ho giving a manikin a lap dance then surely the South Africans can ignore property rights of some of the richest in the world to stop this disease spreading and killing them. Besides if they can't afford the meds then they ain't exactly customers are they?
So in comes working class hero Susan rice; this is a fight she will not lose; people can't be treated this way' their livelihood jeopardized like this; they could take those meds out her cold dead hands. No way in hell are they going to treat her brothers and sisters in the pharmaceutical companies like this. She lobbied on their behalf and then threatened the South Africans with crappy and ruinous trade terms if the the parallel importing clause isn't removed. It was repealed and god knows how many died in agony because it was.
I wonder what would happen if we had a time machine and went and told this story to the young and idealistic Susan Rice of the late 80s when she wrote the book, 'A history deferred: A guide for teachers'. A book expressing disappointment at the under representation of black history in the teaching of American history. In her book she told some of the stories that teachers could have used, stories about prominent blacks that had a notable impact on American history. Fox news and the usual suspects are going after her for saying that whites should learn about black history. MSNBC and the usual suspects are saying what is wrong with teaching black history, Fox and friends are merely going for a cheap character assassination on the eve of this woman's political ascension; don't ever accuse the mainstream media of petulance or laziness.
Well I am going for a character assassination, but not with that water balloon, I am bringing out the symphony of hell, however as is typical, when someone has something important to say no one cares. If you went back in time to the 80s and told her that some Washington hotshot was leading a pharmaceutical lobby assault on South Africans trying to get cheap meds for some pain relief I imagine she would have screamed her lungs out and started a protest. Very weird transition she made from little miss lefty to African warlord. She is as much a hero to blacks as Chaim Rumkowski is to Jews.

- Nigeria
"And we will continue to maintain our sanctions against the military dictatorship in Nigeria, one of the worst abusers of human rights on the continent. We intend to hold General Abacha to his three-year old promise to undertake a genuine transition to civilian rule this year and to establish a level playing field by allowing free political activity, providing for an open press and ending political detention.Le me state clearly and unequivocally to you today that an electoral victory by any military candidate in the forthcoming presidential elections would be unacceptable. Nigeria needs and deserves a real transition to democracy and civilian rule, not another military regime dressed up in civilian clothes"
This was made at the Brookings institute, a partisan think tank. The secretary of state countered this claim and Clinton expressed a contrary opinion two weeks later. A high ranking unelected civil servant has the nerve to make international threats to a public audience that did not originally come from the administration she serves(keyword). This worry anyone else? Sure it might be an admirable sentiment but it is definitely not hers to make and almost certainly counter productive. Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, you can't just big stick it. The point of showing you this though is to show how this woman views herself as an authority in and off herself, the US's Africa Czar if you will.

Howard French, former special Assistant to the President, and Senior Director for African Affairs at the NSC wrote about how Susan Rice had some African Friends:
"Museveni
[of Uganda] and Kagame [of Rwanda] agree that the basic problem in the
Great Lakes is the danger of a resurgence of genocide [referring to the
Hutus who fled to the D.R.C. after Kagame took over Rwanda—LKF], and
they know how to deal with that. The only thing we have to do is look
the other way."
Stands up against the facts. In 1998 when the Lusaka accords she supported the delegitimizing of the D.C.R. followed by Rwanda and Uganda committing genocide in the country whilst ram raiding its mineral wealth. A classic case of playing buddies and boogeymen in the 3rd world with neither side morally better than the other.
The List of Susan Rices crimes against the African people is a very long one, whilst I would love to post them all, she commits them faster than I can write about them. One thing is very obvious, this woman should not be gaining increasing influence over Americas foreign policy, her values are so so so far out of line with what any decent American would consider the right thing to do that she can be considered morally little better than the totalitarians she has been tasked with micromanaging for the last 20 odd years. The fact that this occurred under the shadow of a fresh scandal is quite the coincidence. In terms of foreign policy, whilst I oppose all forms of military adventurism, Susan Rice is definitely of the throw the kitchen sink squad. She makes that old mental monolith Rummy, that is the unknown unknowns guy, look like a damn Quaker.
Susan Rice isn't all hate though, she thinks Egypt is a 'critical partner', whilst it is making threats to Israel, bashing the opposition's skulls in, trying to wipe out any remnants of secularism and turning the resident christian community into second class citizens who need to fear for their lives -- this is no small issue, the Egyptian Christians, Coptic Christians are 12 million strong, the largest in the middle east and have been in Egypt for centuries longer than Islam. It is older than even the catholic church. Perhaps if Obama realized that he is the president and not some pop star, stopped having an amateur hour at the foreign office then maybe he would realize that getting all happy clappy after a revolution happens might actually legitimize some pretty nasty folk. Either get a grip or go home and sort out your own country, preferably the latter!

I plan to write about the IRS tomorrow and how, in a similar strain to certain aspects of the article you have just read, sections of the government are acting completely outside democratic and constitutional legitimacy and have become politicized by unelected forces. If you made it this far I compel you to comment, even if just a 'good' or 'garbage',
